Step 1 – Go to the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
Step 2 – Click inside the white box and enter the keywords to lookup the corporation you are trying to find. Make sure to be as exact as possible as the system is going to search all the entities located at the Secretary of State. If your keywords are broad, chances are you will be sifting through hundreds on listings in your results.
You may also use this tool if you are seeking to incorporate and you want to make sure the name you select is not on file.
Step 3 – When reviewing your search results, you will see the corporation’s name, filing number, entity type, registered agent, and name type & status. When you have found your selection, click on the blue link in the column of the filing number.
Step 4 – On the corporation information page, you are able to view all the data located with the Secretary of State including: filing number, name type, status, entity type, State of incorporation, date of incorporation, registered agent name, registered agent address, and the option to view and order previously filed documents.
