Step 2 – After typing in your selection you will be able to view the entity’s: Number, Name, Type, Original Filing Date, Expiry Date, Status, and Business Location. To view all the corporation information, click on the black link under the column ENTITY NUMBER.
Step 3 – You have completed your search and now able to view all the data on file with the Secretary of State including the corporation’s: Number, Name, Filing Type, Status, Original Filing Date, Expiry Date, Location of Principal Office, and the Officers.
