Kentucky Secretary of State Corporation Entity Search

Step 1 – Go to Kentucky Secretary of State.

Step 2 – Type in the name of the corporation you would like to view. You must enter at least 4 characters, and it is highly recommended that you be as specific as possible. You will pull all records that contain the keywords you choose to enter.

Step 3 – You will be brought to the business entity results page that will give a preview of the details that include: Name, Organization Number, Status, and the Type. The entities highlighted in green are in good standing and the ones in red are inactive.

Step 4 – You have reached the corporation you intended to find and may now look at: organizational number, entity name, profit or non, active status, file date, incorporation date, last annual report, principal office address, registered agent, directors, officers, and all previous documents filed.
