Step 4 – You have now completed your search and you are able to view all the information about the business entity including: Principal Office Address, Registered Agent Name and Address, State and Date of Incorporation, File Number, Annual Filings, Members, Managers, Directors, and any other filings on file with the Secretary of State. All information is public.
