Step 1 – Go to the Delaware Secretary of State.
Step 2 – You have 2 options to search for corporations in Delaware.
*1 – Search by Entity Name
2 – Search by Filing Number
*When searching by name you want to make sure that you are as detailed as possible. The database will pull all records that consist of the keywords you type. For example, if you search just the term ‘Delaware’ the system will return over 1,000 results.
Step 3 – Now that you have typed in your search, you will be brought to the search results page. The preview only shows the filing number and entity name. Click on the blue colored entity name to choose the corporation.
Step 4 – Once you have clicked you are now on the Entity Details Page. This page will show you all public data that the Secretary of State has on file about the corporation. Use this information to lookup: Formation Date, Entity Type, State of Incorporation, Residency, Registered Agent (Name and Address), and if it is in Good Standing (Status).
How to Create a Corporation in Delaware

Domestic Non Profit – $89
Domestic Profit – $89 – Most Popular Principal office address must be located within Delaware
