Arizona Secretary of State Corporation Entity Search

Step 1 – Go to the Arizona Secretary of State.

Step 2 – As you can see in the video below, the you can easily search the Secretary of State’s online entity database by simply typing in the name or filing number.

Step 3 – Once you have entered your search you will see a number of matches that contain the keywords of your request. Scroll and find the desired entity and click on the name highlighted in dark blue.

Step 4 – After clicking you will be able to view all the owner’s information such as the the status of the entity and the principal office and registered agent’s address. All information is public.

How to Create an Arizona Corporation?

Step 1 – Download and fill in the Articles of Incorporation forms below:
Profit Articles of Incorporation
Non Profit Articles of Incorporation

Step 2 – You must also complete and attach the Certificate of Disclosure and the Civil Cover Sheet. There is a filing fee of $60 for Profit and $40 for Non Profit Corporations.

Step 3 – Send all the documents including the filing fee to: Arizona Corporation Commission
Corporations Division, 1300 W. Washington Street Phoenix, Arizona 85007.

How to Reserve a Corporation Name in Arizona

Step 1 – Download the Corporation Reservation of Name Form.

Step 2 – Attach Cover Sheet and the $10 filing fee and send to the Secretary of State’s office located at Arizona Corporation Commission, Corporate Filings Section, 1300 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona 85007.
